It’s Scandinavia, bro. I spent half year in States but got bored to too forceful people in there, no fault. I guess if you go driving to interstate by Landcruiser with flamethrower in its roof the state troopers would shoot you instead saying “guys, you can’t really do like this.” And some people say it’s even more fucked up in Sweden than Finland.
